What does ETEA mean in UNCLASSIFIED

ETEA stands for Equipo Técnico de Educación Ambiental, which is an environmentally focused education team made up of professionals from the public and private sector.

The goal of the ETEA is to provide training and technical advice on environmental concerns both in Mexico and abroad. It also works to promote environmental awareness and develop strategies to reduce environmental risks.

The members of the ETEA are composed of experts from different sectors such as government, academia, business, civil society, indigenous people, students, etc.

The members of the ETEA work together with local stakeholders to address various environmental topics including climate change adaptation, biodiversity conservation, sustainable land management, waste management and water resource management.

ETEE works with local communities to promote sustainable practices that limit their impact on their local environment by encouraging reuse and recycling initiatives that reduce consumption or emissions. They also provide training on ecotourism activities that create economic opportunities that help protect wildlife habitats.
